The Little German Riding Horse originated
in Germany, hence its name. It does have an established herdbook
and society, both of which are located in Jena, Germany. Very little
is known about this horse, other than that they are are mainly bay
or brown, although black can occur as well. Although there are an
estimated 400-500 of these horses left, there are no measurements
being taken to keep these horses from extinction.
