Riding Lesson Release Form
Summer Camp Release Form
These are the forms new students/campers
will fill out if they come to the farm without having signed anything in
advance. In order to use these forms, they must be printed out and completed in
their entirety before releasee is allowed access to the horses and/or farm. Be
prepared to fill out a release form for both Best Friends Farm and for Equine
Kingdom, and a rider evaluation form.
